A valid government-issued photo ID (Hawaii driver's license or U.S. passport) is required to get a document notarized.

Notary appointments are available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. excluding holidays. Please give two business days notice to schedule notary appointment.

You must provide the following information when making appointment:
- Member name
- Type of document to be notarized
- Number of signatures required on the document
