Final contract language for state employees in Units 2, 3, 4 and 13

As reported last month, after extended negotiations with the employer on contract language, your negotiating teams had been awaiting draft contract language to finalize the 2011-2013 agreements ratified in April.
On June 29, your negotiating teams met to approve the drafts. The final contract language for state employees in Units 2, 3, 4 and 13 is available on the HGEA website's Members Only page in the Unit Documents section. (Note: Although these documents are not signed, they are final. The signed documents will be posted when we receive them from the employer in approximately one week.)
Unit 6 and 8 employees will be able to obtain their respective unit’s final contract language shortly.
We are also currently negotiating supplemental agreements with county employers.
As information becomes available, HGEA will continue to update members on contract negotiations via eBulletin and the HGEA website.
